The editorial pages are built to work without analytics, advertising cookies or stored contact drafts.

Cookies and similar storage
A cookie is a small value a website can ask a browser to store and return with later requests. Other browser mechanisms, including localStorage and sessionStorage, can retain information without using cookies. Browser caching of images and styles is a separate delivery function.
The editorial HTML, CSS and JavaScript provided by this website do not set cookies or write to localStorage or sessionStorage. They do not include analytics, advertising pixels, social-media embeds or third-party media players.

What happens while you use the tools
The mobile menu and scroll reveals use temporary page state. The contact tool holds your draft in the current page’s memory to create its preview. It does not deliberately retain the draft after the page is closed or reloaded; your browser may independently restore form contents.
Choosing Copy places the text on your device’s clipboard. Choosing Download saves a text file through your browser. Those device-level copies are not cookies, and clearing website storage does not necessarily remove them. Use your device’s clipboard and file controls to manage them.
03 / preferences
Control storage in your browser
There are no optional analytics or advertising categories in the editorial application to enable. If a hosting-level preference control is shown, use it to review and manage the choices it describes. Such a control may retain your selection so it does not ask repeatedly.
You can inspect and remove site data through your browser’s privacy or site-settings controls, and block cookies according to your preferences. Clearing a stored consent choice may cause a hosting-level control to appear again. Blocking JavaScript prevents the contact preparation tool, menu toggle and scroll animations from running, but the article text remains available.
External reference websites use their own cookies and policies after you follow a link. We do not control those practices. Questions about this website’s storage can be sent to [email protected]. For the wider handling of personal information, read Personal data.
